It depends on the event! We can arrange the conference table in many configurations and it can take as many as 24 in a circular set up. The room is very versatile and can be used as a presentation venue for up to 60*** (may be more yet). It can be used as a teaching/training venue or seminar style even. Other options may include art galleries, sales presentations or small table top market. It can even accommodate a fitness or exercise class. Depending on use numbers will vary.
There is free public WiFi throughout the building. The Rotunda has two large screens and online meeting connectivity. Let us know the number of people attending your meeting and we will arrange seating and table configuration for you.
For non-sports usage such as parties, meetings and events it is £25+VAT per hour.
Sports and exercise usage is zero rated for VAT.
If you would like to hire it for the whole day for a training course or event, our day rate is 9 hours for £200 + VAT.

All areas of The Roundhouse are accessible by lift. Please let us know if you have any additional requirements in advance and we will make every effort to accommodate them.
Water and glasses are provided as standard for all function room bookings, and further catering provision can be arranged through our cafe.
Free public Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building.
There are 74 free parking spaces on site between 8am-6pm weekdays, with spaces provided on a two hour disc system.
There are five disabled and six electric vehicle charging spaces.
A further 44 spaces are available between 6pm-8am at Palatine GP’s Surgery, but we ask that visitors do not park at the surgery during their normal operating hours
