Spaces for Hire
The Roundhouse has a variety of spaces available for corporate hire, from a small meeting room for training or one to ones, to our sports hall for conferences or large gatherings. All our spaces may be hired separately or in tandem and we can configure them in multiple ways, depending on requirements.
Individual Spaces
The Rotunda
With 2 large TV screens and a light and airy atmosphere, the Rotunda is ideal for training, launches and presentations. Seating is available for up 60 people.
Small Meeting Room
Ideal for small meetings, one to ones or as a break out room in conjunction with the Rotunda. The small meeting room seats up a to a maximum of 8 people comfortably. There is a large wall mounted TV for use by hirers.
Sports Hall
Our fantastic sports hall is more than just a sports hall! In 2025 it hosted two huge dance events, an International Grappling event with Jeceris International which was livestreamed across the globe and Hospice Isle of Man’s annual Christmas Market.
We have barely scratched the surface for potential uses of this space. We would welcome any approaches for other types of event.
Outside spaces
Our outside spaces include a large, sunny village green, ideal for marquees, bouncy castles, sports days, rounders matches, staff and family get togethers.
Please talk to us about uses for this lovely, open space – access is easy via our tarmacked walking track and external power is available.
Combining Multiple Spaces
In 2025 The Roundhouse hosted Manx Care and Atla Group for Wellbeing Days. Both organisations made use of multiple spaces which allowed us to showcase our building to a wider audience. Activities included yoga, pilates, art therapy, pickleball, a sauna and ice bath (outside on the patio), a sound bath and meditation.

Catering
Catering can be provided by our fantastic in house cafe – The Roundhouse Cafe Braddan. External caterers are also permitted.
