Soft Play Information
The soft play area is open now! The first hourly session starts at 830am, the last admission is 630pm, every day.
The soft play area is for children aged five and under.
Soft play can be booked online prior to your visit. There is a fee of £3 per child per hour to access the soft play area. Go to our booking link and JOIN A SESSION. For queries please contact 852808 or 464878 out of office hours.
The soft play area can accommodate up to 25 children at a time.
Food and drink is not permitted in the soft play area at any time. The soft play area is a no shoe zone, but children must wear socks.
We are pleased to provide this facility and whilst we have attempted to make it as safe as possible, the very nature of children’s play activity means that accidents can occasionally happen.
We cannot therefore accept responsibility for injury or damage to children or clothing whilst using this play area.
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Soft Play Information
We don’t currently book out the soft play area for parties – as parents we know it’s very disappointing to turn up to somewhere and find it closed off to the public when your little ones are anticipating play time.
However, you can book multiple spaces during a session, and our Baby sensory and Toddler Sense studio offers a children’s party service in their customised sensory area, contact them directly for details.
Those requiring food can bring their own refreshments or arrange external catering. We would suggest hiring The Rotunda as a venue for food and cake.
The soft play area has level access. If there are particular requirements groups or individuals would like to discuss, like quiet or low light sessions, then please get in touch
