How to book – Sessions
What are sessions? Sessions are multi-ticketed bookings shared with other customers, such as Soft Play & Pickleball Pop in & Play Sessions.
To book a Session; Either select the orange “Book a Session” button or click this link to go straight to our online booking system.
Select your session type and date and click Join. There may be some questions to answer before you can check out.
There will be some Yes/No questions to confirm before the option to check out is available.
An email confirmation and a payment receipt will be sent as soon as the booking is made.
Currently, tickets for sessions can only be booked and paid for individually. Please contact us if you need help purchasing multiple tickets.
How to book – Spaces
What are spaces? Spaces are all the areas and rooms for hire at The Roundhouse ranging from our Rotunda function room to a single badminton court.
To book a Space; Either select the orange “Book a Space” button or click this link to go straight to our online booking system. Choose the Activity/Space from the list below:
Select the time/duration. There will be some Yes/No questions to confirm before the option to check out is available.
An email confirmation and a payment receipt will be sent as soon as the booking is completed.
Single badminton or pickleball courts – to check the availability of all four badminton or pickleball courts for both one and two hour sessions at the same time for the following week, under Facility, select All (8) and Weekly view as highlighted in yellow below.
A red block is Fully Booked, yellow, Some Availability and green is Available. Click on the yellow or green blocks to check the times and book a court.
The image below shows the availability of courts 1 to 4 on the same day for both 1 and 2 hours.
Select your time and duration and make a booking.
There will be some Yes/No questions to confirm before the option to check out is available.
An email confirmation and a payment receipt will be sent as soon as the booking is completed.
